Its been a long couple of months for all of us. I hope you are taking care of yourself and your family. Its hard not to be overwhelmed with fear and worry right now. I’ve been trying to spend my time keeping busy with house projects, exercising, and binge watching some of my favorite shows.
I’ve found that turning off the news for most of the day has helped with not feeling so overwhelmed. I’ve also been trying to stay uplifted by motivating myself and others with positive vibes. On my run this weekend, a woman gave me a simple thumbs up, and it meant a lot to have that little bit of positive connection.
In the spirit of positive mindset, I’ve created some uplifting printables that are all free for you to download, print, and use how you would like!

If you think you’re the kind of person who could never be a runner, I’m here to tell you that isn’t true! With a little bit of commitment and the right plan, you can train to run a 5k in a little over a month. I’ve created a week-by-week plan to help you from the start.
This plan only has 4 workouts per week, and most of your workouts will be 30 to 45 minutes long. It starts slow and builds over the course of a month, with the end being a 5k run, that you could also do during a race that you signed up for!

As I approach my first month of working from home, I’ve found that some days, I’m super productive, and then there are others where its suddenly 4pm and I’ve accomplished nothing. You’re more than likely juggling a lot right now– work, your children, cooking at home, and taking time to take care of yourself. That is a lot!
One thing that I have found to be helpful is to add structure to my days. It’s not necessarily an hour by hour schedule, but a list of things that I hope to accomplish that day. For me, this list includes both work and home obligations, as well as carving out time for self care breaks. I wanted to share the planner that I created for myself to help me plan my days in case you find it helpful!

I recently hosted a baby shower for one of my coworkers and wanted to make it still feel special even as an office party! I designed a little collection of games and activities that could be printed for the party. Everyone seemed to love the activities, so I thought I would share them with you all to use! They are gender neutral and I removed all specifics so you could write in your own details.
Be sure to click the download link to download the high res PDF file so it looks nice when you print it! The games are designed to be printed on 4” x 6” and the calendar is 11” x 17”, but you can scale to your paper needs.
