Super Bowl Party Snack Ideas

Super Bowl Sunday is one of my favorite days of the year because it combines my favorite things: football and food. Each year, I host a party filled with football-inspired snacks and decorations. I thought I would share a few of my favorites from over the years to inspire you to have your best Super Bowl Sunday ever!

Nutter Butter Players: these guys take a little bit of work but are so cute! Start with Nutter Butter and create “jerseys” from white almond bark. Note, you can’t add food coloring to almond bark or it won’t go on smooth. Add candy eyes with little drops of the almond bark. Once they are completely dry, add jersey numbers with gel frosting.

Touchdown Cake: make a rectangular cake and frost with green frosting. Add yard lines with white frosting and decorate with your Nutter Butter Players!

Popcorn Bar: offer popcorn and a variety of toppings like candy, sprinkles, nuts, or granola (I love the Target trail mixes for this!). Make it look even better by using your team’s colors M&Ms.

Veggie Pinwheels: these pinwheels are delicious and look cute. Find the recipe here! Of course, I always like adding healthy options like fruit and veggie trays and all the chips and dips!

You can usually find cute football-themed party decor at dollar stores or Aldi’s! I like mixing the football themed pieces with regular serving pieces to still feel fancy.

Happy party planning! May the best team win!
