Decorating for the holidays is always one of my favorite times of the year. I love the anticipation of the holidays and getting to make everything fancy and special. I usually start decorating right after Thanksgiving because I am so excited for the newness.
Each year, I decorate a little different and love trying new looks. This year, one of the looks I am really loving is a really rustic vibe with less traditional greenery. I love the mix of pine with branches and other stems for a new take on the classic wreath.

This hanging branch is a different take on a circular wreath and would be so pretty hung above a mantle or over a large window.

This feminine take on a christmas mantle is so pretty. I’m usually not a fan of little christmas houses but these fit so well with the soft look of the decor.

I love this understated tree as an updated look. The soft silver and white palette is really pretty, especially with how it ties into the other decor in the room.

These pretty bottle decorations are a really easy DIY project using items you probably already have! This would look great as a table centerpiece or with little jars for individual place settings.

I’m feeling really inspired by these new looks and can’t wait to start crafting my own DIY decor pieces!
